Most likely not, especially since you say you're "not dealing with
networks". Without a network, how would you propose one PC could access
another? That said, there are ways to synchronize to Outlook data stores,

It is one way to store your outlook data on the net and access it
everythere.... I can suggest you ti try 4Team Online service.... Cool
thing and really user friendly.... you can look at:

Also as I was looking to that site I found a lot of tool to share
Outlook data.... It was impressive.

I recently had a problem with accessing my calendar from multiple
locations (I'm on the road alot) - I've investigated some of the online
calendars (that also integrate with Outlook). Two of the best seem to
be:
http://www.myoffice.net/ (pretty good & its feature rich but you have
to pay for it)
http:/www.businessitonline.com (simple service - and free for 1 or two
users)
