We are in the process of investigating a new collaboration solution.  In the
meantime, one of my programmers has set up a makeshift public calendar that
we are using for scheduling of events.  

Our events take place over multiple days almost always, so we set the
appointment as an all day event.  We then assign it resources by marking
certain self defined categories.  However we have just found the maximum
number of dispalyable all day events.  On the resolution I am using it is 20.

We do use views to filter the data down but at times need to see the big
picture and trying to find a way to show more of the data.  Any suggestions?

I am aware this is the wrong program for what we are trying to do and as I
mentioned before, we are in the process of selecting a new solution.  
However, any suggestions to assist us over this hurdle.
