As a teacher, I want to enter a series of recurring appointments that occur
on a fortnightly basis (Week 1 / Week 2) throughout the school year.
It is easy to set up appointments for each term but I need to take into
account gaps for holidays. If term 1 ends in a week 1, term 2 starts with
week 2 etc.
If I specify each school week as Week 1 or Week 2 throughout the year, is
there any way that I can allocate the reucrring events for the whole year
rather than do one term at a time?

WS Repeat Appointment is the only tool I know to do this - they have a free
30 day trial:
