Calendar privacy

I have one user which is the most important people in my office. he always
worry of any people can view his calendar (outlook) in PC and also his pocket
PC which is synchronizing everytime.
How secure is Ms Outlook calendar in PC and Pocket PC?

If he marks every item private, it is very secure.  However, depending on
the version, he may need to patch it to prevent delegates from seeing
private items.  If you had included your version, that information could
have been supplied.
