Schedules in Outlook 2000?

Within Calendar, Outlook 2000, where can I find the "Schedules" button to set
up a group schedule?  In other versions it is located one the toolbar in
between "month view" and "find"

IIRC, Outlook 2002 was the first version with the group schedule feature.
