Can I schedule a meeting and let them pick from  different times?

I need to schedule a meeting with a group of people, but I would like to
offer 3 different times and when I send out the message I would like for them
to respond back by picking which time they would like.  Is there a way to do
that?

I don't think there's a way to send out one invite with three choices. You
could send out three invites and have people pick the best time. Once all
the responses come in cancel the two meetings that have the least positive
responses.

Or send 1 email with the selections defined as Voting Buttons and then
send out the meeting request based on the results.
