My supervisor has a busy schedule. She likes to see her whole weeks
appointments at a glance and make changes by dragging and dropping when
necessary.
But when she is in the 7 day-week view, each day shows only part of her
appointment and there is no scroll bar (like is Lotus Notes) that will allow
her to scroll and view.
The tiny arrow takes her to one-day view. Hard to drag and drop from this
view.

How can I help her to display a scroll bar for each day, if the day has too
many calendar entries.
Please help.

Not really.  She can simply drag to the desired day on the Date Navigator.

That feature doesn't exist.
