what format are you using for the filename or url? are you including the
actual file name or just the file path?

I actually figured it out. Apparently one needs to download the "Web
Publishing Wizard" before attempting to save their calendar as a web page
from Outlook, otherwise they will receive the error message that I used to
see. Thanks for your help.
