Thanks for the suggestion Brian.
I could restore the deleted items this way but it wouldn't remove the
duplicated items. She had hundreds of items in her Calendar spread
across many months and she doesn't want to spend the time sorting
through them all, hence she just wants her Calendar restored from a
point in time where the deletions and duplicates do not take place.

I would think displaying the calendar in a table view would make the
duplicates obvious.
