Meeting request emails are being sent to my outlook 2003 inbox, but I do not
receive these emails in my 7250 Blackberry. The meetings go directly into my
calendar on my blackberry without my knowledge. We use a BES server and
Exchange 2000. I have configured the blackberry correctly and assume it must
be a setting I am missing in my Outlook options.

Check your planner options then in the Calendar options dialogues.

Meeting planner section is checked at show pop up calendar details, and
Group schedule both options below it are checked......

I am talking about Tools->Options->Calendar Options->Planner Options.  Do
you have anything there set to automatically accept items?

Yes, this is where I went and the options that are check marked are listed
below. I am using Outlook 2003 if this helps. There are no options to
"automatically accept items" in the area you are suggesting.....Am I missing
something?

Check Tools>Options>Calendar Options>Resource Options instead.

I have gone here also and there are NO check marks to automatically accept
them. I do get the email meeting request in my outlook, but do not receive it
in my blackberry. It goes directly into my calendar without my knowledge......

Personally, I'd look to the Blackberry sync software as the source of the
problem, then.  There is a history of odd side-effects when trying to use
Blackberries with Outlook.

I have confirmed with Blackberry Support that all synchronization settings
are correct. The person receives all regular emails without problems. They
however do not receive ones that are in the meeting request form. I have even
tried to set outlook to resend me the email when a meeting request comes to
my outlook. I get the second email but still nothing on the
blackberry.....continually scratching my head.......

Have them try sending the meeting request in an iCal format.
