SignatureBrian Tillman Becasue I'm scheduling appointments months away, I operate in Month view. I double click on the date box to open a new appointment item. If you double-click on a day in Month view, you'll get an all-day event, so I must not understand exactly what you mean. SignatureBrian Tillman
