I am trying to view appointments from April 2002 onwards but the calendar on
my Outlook only seems to be showing appointments since May 2004. Is there any
way I can restore the appointments made prior to Mat 2004?

Hi Matt B,

maybe you "archive" the older items?

Search on your hard disk for "*.pst" files (normally this additional PST
files are named "archive.pst".)

This site could also be helpfull where Outlook stores the items and files:
