I've read a lot of posts instructing us to right click and drag to the
calendar an email to open the appointment dialog box with the email/message
body already included.

Isn't there a way to have Outllook also populate the 'invite attendees' list
with the names already in the email?

Using the above steps does save some time, however, I have to keep going
back and forth to cut/paste from the To:, CC, and the subject lines.....

Please tell me there is a way to do this with one swift move. I must do this
a lot and it's frustrating.
Thanks

No there is no way to do all of what you want to do.  However, if you select all from the TO: line and copy and paste into the appointment's TO: line, does this work?  After you have done that, you can then check the scheduling tab to ensure that everyone is available for the meeting time you select.
