I'm trying to sync my work appointments with my "home" calendar (Exchange
hosted). I'd like to automatically forward the appointment request to my
home address when I accept it at work (there are numerous appointment
requests that I do not accept, so it needs to forward only those that I
accept).

So, what have you tried?

Thanks for the reply.

Well, I don't have much experience with Outlook or VBA, so most of my
efforts have been fairly simple, trying to pick up tips/hints from this forum
and the help files/website.  I tried setting up a rule something
like...."Apply this rule after I sent the message, uses the Accept Meeting
Response form, forward to home@email.com".  But it won't let me forward (only
Cc), and even if it did, I think it would forward the acceptance, not the
invitation.

I also tried changing the Appointment form to also send the appointment to
home@email.com, but that's only working when I create an appointment myself,
not when someone else creates it and sends me the invitation.

It seems like it should be an easy solution, but it's more complicated than
I thought.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
Gregg
