I have a user with Outlook 2003 running on Windows XP who gets No Information
found when they click on "Click here to add a name" to add a person to the
scheduling.  If they go to the bottom and choose "Add Others" it works fine.
We have an exchange server.

are they adding the person's exchange account when they click to add the
name?

Yes.  They are adding the names the same as everyone else but for them it
doesn't show the information.
