Let's see if I can translate this. "I have a work schedule that I get from my employer. This schedule is for November, where I work every day, but at a different time each day. If I have this in a file, sich as an Excel spreadsheet, then can I import it into Outlook's calendar so I can keep track of my work times?" Do I have it? If so, have you examined File>Import and Export>Import from another program or file? Microsoft Excel should be one of the choices. Make sure you specify the correct field mapping and named range. No I hav not examined teh Import funktion. Where can I se what files that go where (correct field mapping and named range) so I´ll get the right information in the right field. One thing that may be helpful is to export your existing calendar and examine the columns Outlook expects. SignatureBrian Tillman |
