Put the .vcs file on your intranet site and you'll be able to add an http:// link to it.

Thanks! I was just reading through the archives and I see that when I
searched originally I called it the wrong thing 'servlet" so I did not get
any results. So I asked.
Now I see the answers and will move forward with getting permission to
access our intranet servers - HAH...that will go over well.

Try asking them for a place where you can put all class materials -- .doc files with the syllabus and exercises, etc. Links to those would probably come in handy, too.
