How do I expand calendar view to show more than 15 all day events

Outlook 2003 - I keep my library schedule on my shared calendar and schedule
each period as an all day event.  Then I schedule the time I will be
unavaialbe as an appointment.  This works great until I schedule more than 15
all day events. After 15, I can't view anything else I schedule as an all day
event because the space (in the grey area above the first calendar hour) will
not expand any further.  This is true in the 5 day week or 1 day view.  Is
there a way to expand the viewable area for all day events?

The number of events visible is affected by the screen resolution, but you
are close to the max... there is no workaround (other than using a table
view) for earlier versions  but outlook 2007 handles it better by allowing
scrolling in the all day events area.
