Outlook Reminders - Last Friday of the Month

Hi,

I'm using Outlook 2003 SP2 running on Windows XP Pro SP2. I've created a
calendar appointment which re-occurs on the last Friday of every month and
have also set a reminder two days in advance of that date. However, the
reminder never appears. Reminders are working on my computer as other
appointments seem to come up fine. As a test I created a separate test
appointment in the past which was set to re-occur on the last Thursday of
every month but again the reminder failed to appear.

Can I confirm that reminders with this type of re-occurrence pattern are not
supported? Has any one got it to work in this fashion?

Thanks for any help you can give.

the reminder should be supported - is it in the default calendar folder?
have you opened outlook using the /cleanreminders switch?

Thanks for the reply. Sorry - it does seem to be working. I must have been
configuring my test appointments incorrectly.
