I am in Microsoft Outlook and working on my calendar.  I need to find out how
I can add more labels in different colors for items on my calendar.  For
example, if I want to add doctor appointments and make them red, or if I want
to add out-of-town and make it orange...Thanks for your help!

YOu cannot add more color labels to Outlook 2002 or 2003. Outlook 2007 will support up to 25 colors for  categories.
