Is there a way to have entries users make on their personal calendars also
appear on a shared calendar without having to do things twice?

drag and drop a copy to the other calendar or use a programming solution to
add it to the other calendar.

what if I enter an appointment using my cell phone pda?  I cannot drag and
drop so it appears on the office calendar.  I'd like my office appointments
to post on my personal calendar and the office calendar...but obviously I
only want my personal appointments to post on my personal calendar.  Any
suggestions?
