We are running Outlook 2003 w/Exchange Server.

I am trying to have a group calendar to track meetings & availability.  I
want to send meeting invitations to my group, put meetings on the group
calendar, as well as my personal calendar, track meeting responses, book
resources (meeting rooms).  I am trying not to have to make manual duplicate
entries.

I am having trouble accomplishing all of this at the same time.   Can it be
done?

I have explored Group Schedules and Public Folders.

It's not at all clear what you mean by "group calendar." Maybe the solutions at http://www.slipstick.com/calendar/scheduleall.htm can help.
