Add a new Show Time as Category in Appointment Scheduler

We would like to know how to add 'teleworking' as a new category when either
accepting or creating a new apointment so that other will know by the color
that we are teleworking.

You cannot add any additional categories to the defaults AFAIK.

And even if you could, color meanings are local, aren't they?  What red
means to one person has no bearing on what red means to someone else,
correct?
