Outlook Event/Appt reminders

In OL 2K3, I know you can set the default time for appts, but not events. My
question is, when some of my users dbl click a calender day, they get Appt's
while others get Events (which then need to have the reminder changed from
18hrs.)

Anyone seen this? I would prefer an appt to an event...

Case solved (sorta) If youre viewing in Day or Work week, a dbl clk will
bring up an appt, Week or Month view and you get an Event...
Ok....
