Hi,
i am puzzled on this.
I have a top Executive that is losing her meeting appointmets,
she is using outlook 2003 we have exchange 2003 and she also has a treo 700w.
she had the treo for about 6 months. I am not seeing any errors off the
exchange server so i am not looking at to be a server problem.
she does not think she has done or changed anything.

can some one pont in a direction to look in.

Thanks in advance,
Patti

Can you be more detailed about "losing appointments"?
Is she missing only her Outlook appointments?
Is she missing only her Treo appointments?
Are the missing appts the ones she makes from her Treo or Outlook?
Does she use Outlook Web Access?

I have had complaints about this as well - no treos, but we do have
blackberries.  Some suggested remedies I've found include:

1) Create an appointment using OWA
2) Upgrade the Exchange server to SP2 (you didn't say what sp you're at)
3) Make sure the users understand the scenarios discussed in MSKB 899704 to
avoid issues with scheduling appointments

Hope this helps ...
