hello all!

when HR schedules an interview, the interviewee has to meet with many
different department managers throughout the day.  currently, HR
creates an appointment that lasts for X hours. in the notes section
each manager's interview time with the interviewee.  the appointment
may last for 4 hours, but each manager only interviews the candidate
for 1 hour.

when the manager receives the meeting request, they approve it and then
later have to change the times to match their times.

HR is so busy that they do not have time to create 4-5 individual
appointments.  has anyone come across a way to make scheduling
interviews in outlook easier?

any help in this matter would be a tremendous help!
