Outlook 2002 With SP3

I have an anal retentive user that would like to have other users calendars
removed from the, File, Open menu in Outlook.  Although we've removed rights
to the calendars and she can't open them she still wants them removed.  Can
someone please help me pull my eyes out of my head!
I've looked high and low and can't remove these items/calendars.  I don't
want to have to delete the profile and recreate because "her settings will
change."  Shoot me! Throw me to the lions!

@!#$%!!!

Your help would save my life from the parrils of this animal of a user!
