I am hoping to use outlook to organise a calendar with 3 different items
listed; is this possible, and if it is, how do you customise the page to
achieve this? Thanks

You need to be a WHOLE lot more explicit in your explanation of what you are
trying to do if you want specific assistance.  As it stands right now, we
don't know what the "items' are nor how you want them displayed.  Nor in
what version of Outlook.

To Millie, thanks for your reply; I am new to this and therefore take your
point re. giving more detail.

I work at a multi use sports facility and was hoping to use the outlook
calendar to record booking information for three different rooms, hence
wanting to divide each day into three columns. The idea would be to enter
bookings for each room, some of which maybe at the same time, and then be
able to print a weekly overview for the bookings. I also want to share the
calendar with others who will be able to view & update the calendar. Hope
this is more clear.

Is this Outlook 2003 or what?  Do you use Exchange Server as the mail server?

It is Outlook 2003. Don't think we use Exchange Server as the mail server.

Then you may want to use categories for the different items that you want to track.  When you want to print the activities for that category, sort your calendar view by that category and print the results.  Be sure you revert your calendar back to the "default" view afterwards.
