MS does not monitor these groups except for individuals who chose to do so
on their own time.
You have provided no information to be helpful in diagnosing the problem.
Outlook Version? Exchange Version? Blackberries involved? Version of
Blackberry Enterprise server, if any? Variable between where it happens and
where it doesn't?

Outlook version is 2002-SP3
Exchange version is 2000.
No Blackberries or portable units of any kind involved.

If you remove delegate access from a selected user who has had this problem for a day, does the problem still occur? What do you show in AD for permissions for that group?
