how do i send reminders on calendar to my cell phone device

1) I need to forward my reminders on my outlook automatically to my cell
phone when i'm not in the office so that i can dial-into conference calls
etc. without missing them
2) I need to set up a rule to automatically send me a txt message to my cell
phon when i get an email from a particular person
