How do I Disable Publishing Free/Busy times

I keep getting a message that says unable to update Free/Busy times and I
want them to stop. How do I stop Outlook from trying to update?

See if the option to send it somewhere is set here: Tools menu > Options >
Calendar > Free/Busy option
