We run Outlook 2003 on an Exchange Server.  We give our users a limited
mailbox size to reduce space on the server.
One of our users Calendar has 33MB of data stored in it.  I know that I can
run auto archive to get rid of the old data, however what I don't know is how
to stop the Calendar from storing attachments sent in Calendar invitations.
Is there anyway of just saving the invitation but not the attachment?

Thank you,
David.

The user would need to remove the attachments.
