Is there a way to setup a time in a calendar for a conference room that is in
a public folder, from your personal caldendar in Outlook. When ever I try to
set up a meeting in a conference room, if I try to do this from my personal
calendar, the blocking out of the time does not show up in the Public Folder
that has the calendar. I even put the email address for the conference room
in the list of attendies. The event shows up on my calendar, but not the
calendar in the Public folder. I have to go to the Public folder to do the
request for meeting, and then I will not receive the responses from the email
sent out, as they will to to the conference room email. Is there something is
Outlook that I must set to make this happen?

After furious head scratching, Steve at TAG asked:

I have created a mailbox for the conference rooms. Any scheduling of the
resource shows up there. I also have a Public Folder with the conference room
calendars in it. When I do a meeting request in the Public Folder, it shows
up on the caldendars of the conference room mailbox and anyone else selected
to be invited. When I do the same type of meeting request from a private
calendar, and put the address of the conference room in, the only caldendars
that have the request show up are in the private folders. How can I link the
private mailbox calender for the conference room to the Public folder
calendar, so that when the conference room is reservered from a private email
account, it will show up on the Public folder calendar?
