I am trying to create a shortcut under "Other calendars" on the Navigation
Pane from shared public calendar.  I have added this public calendar to my
favorites, but it is not showing up under "Other Calendars"  - infact I don't
have a Heading called "Other Calendars" - just My Calendars.  Others in the
office have followed the same steps, and it works for them. HELP!

Try right-clicking the calendar under Favorites. Do you see an Add to Other Calendars command?
