link with exel

Hi can anyone help with this one. I want to know if it is poss to link the
dates in an Exel spread sheet to outlook calendar so i can have a reminder
set for when the linked date aproaches. dont know if this is poss
any help would be appreciated

Such functionality is not native to Outlook or Excel. You'd have to add it yourself with VBA code.
