I have client who uses outlook sbs 200 and outlook 2003 on most machines. He
has 4 delegates who can make appointments on his calendar. He has an issue
with some appointments made March 1st past and needs to see who created the
appointments. Is this possible?

Display the calendar in a table view and add the From field.  That may be
the best you can do.
