How do I erase all history that is stored in the calendar in an attempt to
free memory?

Removing calendar entries won't free RAM. It might reduce the size of your
Personal Folder file after compacting but I doubt it will be a big change.
What are you trying to achieve?

That won't free memory in any significant way.
