I would like to view my total calendar for the year as a reference, but the
default aging period is only a month or so. I would like to know how it would
be possible to extend the default settings to enable me to view my calendar
back as far as I would like... Ny help would be appreciated.... thanks. Al

Right click on the calendar folder, then the archive tab.  Set your
parameters from there.
