How do I display holidays in alternate calendar?

I have created a personal calendar, but it does not have the holidays in it.
My default calendar does have the holidays. I have tried to add holidays
while vewing the personal calendar but have only created duplicate holidays
in the default calendar.

copy them from the default calendar.
