Iridium Time Zone Desktop display

Can anyone tell me if this is still available?It is a World map on
which you can pinpoint Cities and it will show local Times also shows
position of the Sun.We had it previously but now have lost the Link.

What does this have to do with Outlook?  Consult Google.
