How to make outlook open calendar on today's date

When opening outlook calendar it's always last month, have to click on
"today" to have calendar display today's week.  Very annoying and easy to
confuse last month for this month since it's one month away.  Changing the
"go to date" doesn't have any effect other than not keeping the change I put
in.

Anybody?

that's a problem when outlook gets to the end of a long month...
