Spcifying how long Outlook retains calander entries

Does anybody know how you can set a time limit for calander entries to remain
in the calander?  I am sure that the client can set this but I can't for the
life of me remember how.

It's set on the PRoperties dialog for the Calendar folder, under AutoArchive.
