The correct spelling of Veterans Day has no apostrophe. In you automatic holiday fill-in for Outlook 2003, the spelling of Veterans Day is Veteran's Day. So, fix it. open %ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\1033\outlook.hol in Notepad and correct the spelling (1033 is for the English version of Office).
