I'm using Outlook 2003 SP2 client with Exchange 2003. I have a spac
quota for my mailbox, calendar etc. which I am exceeding continually
I've been using the calendar for a number of years and it is now quit
large.

Is there a way to shrink it? (59Mb seems huge?)
Is there a way to copy off some of the history to be accessibl
locally?
Is there a way to delete the history from a fixed date backwords i
time

I think 59 Mb is not all that huge.

Create a PST (File>New>Outlook Data File), create a calendar folder in it,
and copy to it the data from your mailbox Calendar you wish to keep as
history.

Display your calendar in a table view like Events and sort it by End Date.
Delete (or move to the extra PST) everything older than a date you wish.
