I'm using Outlook 2003 SP2 client with Exchange 2003. I have a spac quota for my mailbox, calendar etc. which I am exceeding continually I've been using the calendar for a number of years and it is now quit large. Is there a way to shrink it? (59Mb seems huge?) Is there a way to copy off some of the history to be accessibl locally? Is there a way to delete the history from a fixed date backwords i time -- 525047 > Is there a way to shrink it? (59Mb seems huge?) Create a PST (File>New>Outlook Data File), create a calendar folder in it, and copy to it the data from your mailbox Calendar you wish to keep as history. > Is there a way to delete the history from a fixed date backwords in > time?
