I am getting this message“The form required to view this message cannot be displayed , contact your administrator” I am the administrator any thoughts? Try clearing the forms cache. You don't state your Outlook version. For Outlook 2003, it's Tools>Options>Other>Advanced Options>Custom Forms>Manage Forms>Clear Cache>Close>OK>OK>OK.
