Who can I email to have the Updatefb.exe utility discussed in KB
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;294282 sent to me?
The link in the page sends one to the generic Product Support Services page.
I've noticed from searches and other forums that this file is obtained from
Microsoft or other IT professionals only.

Also is there a reason why calendar Editors do not trigger the Free Busy
dirty bit with changes and only Owners do?

thanks.

You have to pick up the phone and call Microsoft.
