Add anoymonous to calendar

Hello,
Does anyone know how to add everyone or anoymonous to have permissions
to a persons calander.
It is looking only in the GAL and wont accept other entries.
ex 2003 outlook 2003

what are you trying to do? those are the only people who can see your
calendar.

i need everyone to be able to view the calandar.
Anoymonous is there by default but is now not there, i can readd as it
is not in the GAL.
Do i need a Distribution Group with everybody in it to do this?
