multiple calanders

I'm trying to get two diffrent calanders on my outlook 2003 file.  One for
work and one for personal.   How can this be done? I can't seem to figure it
out.  and is there a way to over lap the two as well?

File>New>Folder.  Make sure it contains calendar items.  What do you mean
"overlap the two"?
