How csn I access my calendar items over 6months old. I have not deleted them
but they don't seem to be in the archive either. I need to print for the last
12 months.

Items stay in the calendar until you delete them, either deliberately or by
autoarchive.  If you display your calendar in a table view, do you see them?

Then you've deleted them, archived them, or, perhaps, replaced you entire
PST six months ago, if you're using a PST.  If you are, check its creation
date with Windows Explorer.
