I have shared access to view the calendar of our 8 salepeople.  I would like
to generate bi-weekly reports showing the appointments for each salesperson
and have the reports exported into Excel.  Can these reports be run and if
so, can I run them all at once or would I have to run them individually for
each salesperson?  I have no experience in running reports from Outlook
calendar so any information on how to best obtain this information is
appreciated.  Thank you.

I have done this too for salespeople at my work.  Easiest thing to do
to export from outlook to excel is to go into the calender and then go
to view -> arrange by -> current view -> check by catagory.  All you
have to do then is drop them into an excel sheet and you will have what
you see in Excel.  You will have to do this for every salesperson.  I
have a macro to import the data into an excel sheet automatically, from
2 or more different calendars, but I am having some issues, and I'm
about to post a topic on it.  It seems my code gets almost all of the
appointments.  (not all the appointments for a recent date (say
dec-20th) show up, but everyone for other in the past ( dec-14 does),
weird i know.
